It started the way the best ideas usually do over food, laughter, and a little inside joke. Two couples in the community loved going out to eat, not just for the dishes but for the chance to slow down, reconnect, and trade stories. The husbands in particular were never short on “tales,” spinning conversations into marathons that had everyone laughing. Someone joked they should start a podcast, and while no microphones ever appeared, the joke eventually gave way to a bigger idea: what if those stories had a home?
 

That’s how the name One Story was born.They noticed their community was hungry for more than just a good meal. Unlike other parts of the valley, there wasn’t a place designed for connection a spot that invited people to stay awhile, keep the conversation flowing, and enjoy the moment. When a space with an underutilized patio opened up, creativity started bubbling over like a bottle of champagne. They could already picture friends gathering under the lights, music drifting through the air, and stories being shared well into the night.
 

So they built it: One Story Social Dining. A restaurant that isn’t just about what’s on the table, but who’s around it. A place where food fuels conversation, where laughter lasts, and where every guest becomes part of the story. Pull up a chair the story’s just getting good.
